Tseng

Because several folks asked/hinted that I should do him, and there don't seem to be nearly as many of him as of Cloud or Reno, here is my version of Tseng, the quiet enigmatic leader of the Turks.

Tseng is property of Square-Enix, but could possibly be found tied up in ~DreamOfThePhoenix's basement....

edit: Yah, I know his right hand came out wonky....didn't realize it until the colours were almost done, and I tried to crop it out....

edit2: Did what I could to repair the hand...and changed the background colour.
